As a sometime provider of 'services' ;) I always do my utmost to ensure that my.. umm.. 'customers' are happy, if you know what I mean? Sadly, the same can't be said of some 'vendors' in sl..
Get a grip! whatever happened to 'the customer is always right??'
I had a special someone who'd have appreciated the slow dance' that I thought I'd bought :(

Oh, and another thing, no names of couse, but I'd really like the shoes replacing that seem to be 4 sizes too small, and can't be resized where the 'shop owner' doesn't even bother to reply to IMs or notecards sent to them
