As a sometime provider of 'services' ;)  I always do my utmost to ensure that my.. umm.. 'customers' are happy, if you know what I mean? Sadly, the same can't be said of some 'vendors' in sl.. 

Get a grip!  whatever happened to 'the customer is always right??'
